The University of Luxembourg, in partnership with LuxProvide, is pleased to offer a workshop entitled "Introduction to FPGA computing with Intel oneAPI on MeluXina" on Friday, 6 June 2025

This workshop is open to EUMaster4HPC students and individuals affiliated with institutions or organisations that are members of the EUMaster4HPC Consortium. To register, please provide your institution's email address.
Your registration will be reviewed, and if you meet the requirements, you will receive a confirmation email.
Participants in this workshop will be granted access to Luxembourg's National Supercomputer, Meluxina.
Trainer: Emmanuel Kieffer, PhD, HPC Software Engineer at LuxProvide
Emmanuel Kieffer is an HPC (High-Performance Computing) Software Engineer in the Supercomputing Applications Team at LuxProvide, where he contributes to the development and optimisation of software for MeluXina, the EuroHPC supercomputer based in Bissen, Luxembourg. Before joining LuxProvide, Emmanuel was an HPC Research Scientist at the University of Luxembourg, focusing on large-scale optimisation strategies leveraging high-performance computing. His expertise spans heterogeneous programming, code optimisation, and software acceleration, with a strong emphasis on improving computational performance and efficiency in HPC environments.

Afternoon: Practical Session
A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who complete all exercises and attend the full day of the workshop. This certificate can be a valuable addition to your professional credentials, demonstrating your hands-on experience with Intel oneAPI for FPGA.
