Summer School 2026 - Application for external students

There is a limited number of spots available for external Master’s students. 

External students should submit their application, which should include a CV and a letter of motivation explaining why they believe they could benefit from this Summer School, the types of HPC Emerging Trends they are currently working with, and those they plan to work on in the future. 

The fees for external students  are determined as below: 

  • Students from EUMaster4HPC Partner Universities: 500€ 
  • Students from other Universities: 1000€ 

These fees include: 

  • Attendance at the Summer School educational programme and all study materials 
  • Breakfast, lunch, and two coffee breaks per day 
  • Accommodation 
  • Social activities 
  • Additional tours on campus 

These fees do not include: 

  • Travel expenses 
  • Dinners 
  • Insurance 
  • Other personal expenses
Selection process

Applications will be reviewed on a bi-weekly basis by the selection committee. All selected students will receive a confirmation email, including a payment link. Applicants who are not selected will also be notified by email.

The cancellation policy will be communicated to accepted participants at a later stage.
